Mary Magdalene: Companion of Jesus Part 2
Mary Magdalene may have been married to Jesus and if so, most likely had children with him. After all, he was a normal man like any other — not God Almighty.
But assuming just for the sake of this article that the prophecy in about the “suffering servant” is about Jesus, since that is what Christians believe, then their belief that Jesus had no wife or children would be a contradiction to the prophecy in Isaiah. Continue reading

Mary Magdalene: Companion of Jesus Part 1
Mary Magdalene was constantly with Jesus all throughout his ministry. If she wasn’t actually married to him she was most likely either his lover or a very close companion at the least. She was constantly with his family. Continue reading

Why Did They Murder Jesus?
-
So what was the motive that made them irate enough at Jesus to want to have him murdered? Two things: wealth and power. When Jesus put an end to the cruel practice of animal sacrifice, he put an end to their lucrative business.
-
When he taught the people the Truth and exposed the scribes, Pharisees and Jewish leaders to their hypocrisy, they lost their control and influence over the people. They got jealous because multitudes of people would come to hear Jesus teach and the temples got empty, much of the people no longer needed the “man in the middle”, so-to-speak, to reach God, directly, and obtain forgiveness.

What was Jesus Sacrificed for?
It is impossible for animal sacrifice to take away sins. This is what Jesus taught. The Jews believed and practiced this cruelty of sacrificing animals for thousands of years which they incorrectly believed to be according to the laws of … Continue reading

Did Jesus Really Die? Part 2
It is only a belief, not knowledge. Jesus promised, “Ye shall KNOW the TRUTH and the truth shall set you free.” (Jn 6:63) Belief is not knowledge. Belief can be, but not necessarily, based on facts and truth.
Belief can not know Truth with any certainty, only facts can be known. Therefore, it is only a belief that Jesus died, not a fact, and not necessarily the truth. Continue reading

Three Main Reasons Jesus Did NOT Die on the Cross
The first thing to remember is that it takes belief to be deceived. If you don’t have facts you only have opinions. Truth is based on fact, not belief.
Three main reasons:
-
- Belief that Jesus was raised from the dead — a requirement for salvation.
- Jesus appeared to his disciples in his wounded physical body — in secret.
- Large amounts of herbs that were known at the time to be curative were brought to the tomb.

Was Jesus Perfect?
Christianity’s whole basis for what they call “salvation” is that Jesus was sinless and perfect — after all, he was “God Almighty” in the flesh. But if Jesus was not perfect and sinless, then he couldn’t be God, could he? What if Jesus wasn’t perfect and sinless? What if he wasn’t God?
Jesus had a flesh and blood father Continue reading

Does Jesus Really Save?
People are freed FROM what? They are saved FROM their sins. Saved or freed from the bondage of their sins. If you are in bondage to sin, you are a slave of it. How are people saved from their sins? By hearing and doing the words that Jesus taught.
Most people think that “salvation” is is being saved from the fires of Hell. The truth is that Hell doesn’t even exist — but that’s a story for a different article. Salvation is being saved from your own self — freed from the bondage of sin. Continue reading

The Real Genealogy of Jesus
In any case the Gospel states the truth… (And at the end of the same epistle he adds these words:)
“Matthan, who was descended from Solomon, begat Jacob. And when Matthan was dead, Melchi, who was descended from Nathan begat Eli by the same woman. Eli and Jacob were thus uterine brothers.
Eli having died childless, Jacob raised up seed to him, begetting Joseph, his (Jacob’s) own son by nature, but by law the son of Eli. Thus Joseph was the son of both.“ (Eusebius of Caesarea, Historia Ecclesiae, 1:7:11, 1:7:13-14)

Joseph: The Biological Father of Jesus
Messianic Lineage of King Solomon
However, messianic prophecy says that King Solomon had to be in the messianic lineage and that lineage is the one in Matthew which ends with Joseph. Therefore, Joseph would have to be Jesus’ biological father. This creates a problem since the virgin birth doctrine says that Mary was impregnated by the “Holy Ghost”. (“Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when at first we practice to deceive.”)
